well i know samurize has speedfan and mbm modules built in. if either of those can display your gfx temps, then it's just a question of editing your config to suit. if you're using something else to get temps then you'll need a 3rd party plugin. try asking over at the samurize forums?
ATI Tool has a setting under 'Temperature Monitoring' to send the GPU and Environment temps to sensors in MBM, which you should be able to add to a Samurize config.
