Samurize help please

Hi, i have been using samurize for some time now, i know the basics, and only like to use it in a simple form.

Now i have set it up to display the amount of emails i have in my inbox using pop3 settings.

I also have a Gmail account and a Hotmail account that i would like to add to my samurize.

Please can someone help me ?
This is what it looks like at the moment

Dads email, My email, download speed, upload speed
