Hope you're all interested in this, I think this thing is great - definitely an idea for Mum/Dad/etc as a birthday present as it's so cheap.

Today we're looking at a portable music player from SanDisk called the Sansa Clip. While SanDisk may not be first off your tongue when it comes to mp3 players, they know a thing or two about flash based storage so this one was worth a look. Read on to see just how much of a stir this one caused in the [DR] office.
The device is great. It's price reflects superb value for money and I really struggled to find very much to criticise about it. But if I had to find something to say, and in all honesty to make this relatively well rounded I do; it's the just a few things. The device feels light, very light. This is a positive thing since it needs to be able to cling from your clothing as you walk, jog, cycle or boxercise your way down the street, but I think as a result it feels a little plasticy. In conjunction with that it has a very high audio quality for such a cheap device but it is not especially loud, a plus for ear safety, a minus for the metallers amoungst us.
