All i can read about this drive is that its designed for business users, how is it likely to perform as a gaming drive.

While the price is a nice eye catcher im not sure what would make me get this over the 500gb evo with free game offer which effectively makes it cheaper.

Unless ofc im being completely special and the fact its a business aimed drive would make no diff to the gaming performance.
 
Performance difference very similar, business drive just means better nand so longer warranty.
 
Thanks for the clarification Gibbo, its a good indication of how aggressive some of these Black Friday deals will be.

Holding out for the dream next week but now i have to potentially factor in a new SSD to my wishlist along with monitor/gpu.

For the sake of my wallet be gentle on us :p
