Question,

Can undervolting cause system crashes, i.e a crash out of a game (ARMA 2), or will it cause a straight out BSOD?

ARMA2 crashed to desktop on me a couple times over the last week, however the only things I've changed in the last couple weeks are PLL overvoltage and LLC settings (i.e deactivated them). My dynamic vcore has been sitting on -0.03 for at least a month, without issue. Wondering if this could be driving the crashes?

Setup:

i5-2500k @4.3 @ h60
Gigabyte Z68Ap-D3
gtx560 1gig
4gig ram

Yes too little voltage can cause all sorts of strange crashes/errors.

Have you run any stability tests since making changes?

12 hours a piece on linx & prime95, and a couple hours on IBT on my latest settings. No problems...

Have changed back the PLL overvoltage and LLC settings for now - thanks. Dynamic vcore is still staying for now.

Thanks

I though you only need pll overvolt enabled for high overclocks 4.7+.

Have you tried adding 0.05 and leaving LLC as you had it before?

Vcore is 1.3 load and 0.76 idle with -0.3 dynamic offset and all eist enbled, and getting good temps, so trying not to shift it higher. The instability in ARMA 2 has only occurred since I changed the other settings. If I still get crashes now ive switched pll and llc back to previous values, will try what you said and see if it fixes. Thanks!
