In short to answer your questions
The parts launching on the 5th of Jan will be mid range parts they sit in the 1155 socket which will replace the 1156 socket. The price points of the new chips will replace the current 1156 chips, regarding performance there is a fairly good preview on anandtech. All 1155 chips will have onboard graphics but some will have better graphics than others (named HD Graphics 2000 & HD Graphics 3000) even the HD Graphics 2000 will be an improvement over current HD graphics in the existing 1156 chips.
