1. Drop the PSU down to something less expensive
2. (Optional) Drop the Asus board from Deluxe down to a PRO and save yourself £45
3. Change the OCZ Vertex 2E Bigfoot 120GB to a OCZ Vertex 2E 120GB (the Bigfoot is the older and slower version), or a SATA III Crucial RealSSD C300 128GB
4. Up the graphic card from the 6850 to a 6950.
5. CPU cooler- don't need over the top cooler, as Sandybridge is confirm to strictly not recommened to use higher than 1.35v vcore, and the chip itself is quite low power consumption. Something around the £30 like the Titan Evo, Akasa Venom, Akasa Nero S would be more than enough.

Better?

Change the PSU to this:

or this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-013-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1084
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-023-CS&tool=5
or this:

Or if you must have modular PSU with 850W, and stick with the Corsair AX850W (since it is only £15 more expensive than the HX850 but the better quality and higher efficiency will worth it).

CPU cooler just get one of the following...
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-072-AK&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-010-TI&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395
No point spending £60 on the heatsink and fan when the Sandybridge chip itself is only safe for up to 1.35vcore (so the temp difference for the CPU with a £35 CPU cooler and a £60 CPU cooler would be minimal).
