Quick question, I have had two new Asus p8p67 motherboards and now after turning on my machine tonight I have the dreaded blue screen 2 seconds after booting up. Ocuk have done all repairs and upgrades themselves after I have driven over 180 miles on three occasions, now it looks like a third trip! What I want to know is..... Can you put a 2500k CPU on another board? Also do you think I have grounds for compensation? I need the pc for work ( games too) so can't afford to be without it for a week!
Help ?

I would honestly email or leave a webnote to open up a dialog with them, expressing your situation asking them to help you diagnose it from where you are, if not send it back again.

Hmm :/ Had just put that I5 2500k & Asus P8P67 bundle into my basket then saw this thread ha.

Do you think this is an isolated problem? Or have others had this same issue?

I have that mobo and cpu and i have no issues at all.

Things to check:

You have the correct RAM voltage and timings set in the BIOS
All power leads are in, ( 8pin CPU connector, VGA 6 or 6+2 pin connector )

Also if you havebt done a fresh install of windows check to see if your SATA ports are in IDE or ACHI mode. If its in ACHI mode and you originally had it set to IDE on a different board then it will BSOD.
