Just made the upgrade from a q6600 and hopefully all will be awesome, any advise on this setup?

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3
Intel i5 2500K
4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz

Don't really know much about sata 3, is that only for new tech (SSD) or can i stick a normal HDD and get a speed improvement?

yeah its been ordered, i have the corsair h50-1 so i shouldn't really have any space issues right?
