Sanford Mill Lock, Essex

I took a stroll down to Sandford Mill Lock, Chelmsford to see the canal water cascading over the lock gate. It wasn't as flooded as i first thought apart from the approach roads that were deeply flooded. Unfortunantly, I couldn't get to the lock easily without wading through some higher fields an jumping a few ditches so no tripod.

I've only taken my camera out a few times so happy with the results.
