saphire hd 7970 display

Hello,

i have my pc connected to my 42" panasonic plasma via a hdmi lead. I installed the new card which replaces my 5850, but when the computer is booting and when on the desktop i have only got half a screen? i mean half is black and i can only see half my desktop to the right of the tv screen and no matter what i try to do i cant get it to display full screen or all my desktop?
the portion of dektop i can see looks fine no distortions or anything.
this is happening when the bios screens are loading as well?

any ideas please peeps so i dont have to spend all afternoon trying to see whats going on?

ps. not got another screen here to test with either at present.

Try going into CCC and change the overscan bar in the Digital flat panels>scaling options menu?

but that would not alter the bios and initial info screens being half screen as well?

got the desktop displaying correctly now, but the bios screens are still way to far to the right so i only see half my screen?

Any settings within the monitor you can adjust image size, H/V position?

its a plasmsa tv and not seen any yet to do like an auto adjust or anything

yep but not in wondows as thats fixed itself, just in the bios screens and loading screen now?

will look into this ty seems odd that it was working with my 5850 without issue though
