Recently my reference 290 has started acting up. I get no errors or anything on screen like that. Basically from boot the fans are going crazy speed and the card isn't even warm. AB/Trixx/CCC all report the fans at 20% and temp at 35c. No matter what I do it wont change the fan speed down.
I have changed drivers and so on and have no idea why is happening out of nowhere.
Anyone come across this before and have a fix ?
