Sapphire 4850X2 overclock

This card is starting to look very attractive at £180. Thinking of picking up a pair.

Can someone tell me how much I can push it ?

Basically want to push the core only (at least 700mhz)- not interested in memory oc as I'm not a gamer.

Its not the MOST common of cards...

Try looking for some reviews through google, most reviews give overclocking results too

Craig's right, googling some reviews is your best bet. Doesn't help that Sapphire were the only producer of these cards (and tbh I'd get 4870x2's instead). The 4850x2's are *massive* and even longer than the 4870x2!

The cooler is effective, but very loud too. So bear in mind any overclock is likely to make it even noisier.
