I believe it may be border line with the PSU I am sure someone else will advise you better.

I don't know if you can share this information or not but roughly speaking how many ATI cards are selling compared to Nvidia cards these days? 7:1, 9:1 ?

A PSU calculator suggests that you should have somewhere around 370W to 400W so you may well be fine.
