Sapphire 6800xt Nitro +Issues

Hi

I’ve had the card a year no problems and just did a fan test on Trixx which it failed.
Fans are spinning and show running ok in Adrenaline.
Another issue is I can’t change RGB strange stuck on default pink lol

I’m running it on Windows 11 on an Msi x570

Another thing is in GPU-Z it shows nothing in clock speeds or memory speeds also there’s also no option to change bios in Trixx as there was when i first got card.
Card performance is great in Msfs 2020 i have no issues does anyone have same problems before i RMA It.
I’ve done all the usual things deleted drives using ddu updated mobo bios everything.
It’s almost like communication between card and software is conflicting somehow

I had issues with the red devel software on Win 11, worked fine on Win 10. I had to switch OS drives to setup the card then switch back. I think it’s OK now but don’t use it as I just turn the lights off and leave it so it might be broke again. GPU-Z and CPU-Z and HWiNFO64 all have had problem with Win 11 for me, most are ok now, but a Win/driver update can change that.

Thanks i did think it must be Windows 11 i can play games for hours and can hear fans so it must be working physically just not communicating with Windows for some reason. I’ll raise a ticket with Sapphire see what they say.

Have you tried changing the BIOS switch to either the quiet or default profile, see if that works, and then switching it back to the third software BIOS selection again? Could be worth a shot. If not I'd concur that it's Windows 11 related.
