I don't think it's final clocks, someone who works at MSI on Beyond3D hinted as such.
How? Sapphire's PCB's have been nasty blue for a while now on none reference cards
As far as I know all 7950's are going to be non reference aren't they?
You guys have stock already, release date is like the 31st isn't it, seems kinda soon to have cards?

Few US sites have pre-orders up for $480, which means we'll probably get it for around £350-370, though I'm expecting price gouging at launch.
Looks like there will be reference cards.
