Sapphire ATi XT1650 XT set-up help!

Hi all,

Had this card for a few weeks now, its fantastic. Getting on average 80-90 fps on GTR2. But sometimes I does stuggle and skips/jumps on frames if you know what I mean. I can't however, change any of the settings such as AA etc etc as I could with my old X600. The CD from Sapphire only seems to contain the monitor drivers required to run it. I then went to the ATi site and downloaded the Catalyst Center. It didnt install as it says I need Framewrk V2.0 (from Microsoft?) to run it.

Can you lovely people help me out as I like to change to cards set-up.

You need .net Framework 2.0
