Sapphire HD 2600XT Driver Problems?

Hi all,

Received a couple of HD 2600XTs to test today and currently I can't get either to bench anything without crashing or locking up. I have heard other sites have had issues with this and that they solved it by using some 8.38.9.1 drivers that arn't released yet. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem or where I can find these drivers?

Edit: I have tested the cards with 7.6 drivers and supplied CD drivers and nout works.

What version are the drivers that came on the CD?

Just checked my drivers directory, the 8.38 RC7's (pre-cat7.5) seem to contain the 2600XT information in the inf file, it might be worth trying them

Slightly earlier versions of those unreleased ones it would seem:

8.380.0.0

Just FYI Catalyst 7.7 WHQL WILL be supporting these cards fully .

Is there anyone who has a pre-release copy of these or anywhere I can get them?
