That price is just madness!

Expect nothing less from Apple though.

To be honest of course it's easy for any PC gamer to be shocked by the price of the card since we can pay half the price for the same card but this is expected...

Looking at the other cards out there for the Mac Pro I think the highest gaming spec is the 6870 at around £340 with a 5770 costing over £200

So yeah, it's £399.99 but it's currently the top of the range gaming graphics card for the Mac and with Bioshock infinite coming to Mac now as an example there will certainly be games to play on it.

I'm pretty convinced OcUK will have no problem selling these cards and it is priced right.

100% this, MAC is a completely different market, this allows MAC users to have graphics power very similar to that of the PC and to be frank the price is a bargain for MAC users, when you look at 6870 price which is half the performance.
