I came across a really odd issue in my better half's new pc the other day (6600k; MSI Z170A Gaming Pro; 16GB Avexir 2400; Sapphire R7 265) where not only was the PCI-e slot running at 3.0 x4 instead of 3.0 x16, but Afterburner was reporting minimum core and memory speeds!
Running DDU and then re-installing Crimson 15.12 solved the PCI-e speed back to x16, but again the card speeds were on minimum (I did not uninstall Afterburner when I re-installed Crimson).
I manually set core to 1050 (a safe o/c from when I used it) and memory to 1500 (6000) and all seem well so far.
Something very odd is going on, have others seen strange issues like this with untouched default settings?
Is this Crimson or Afterburner? Given the other niggles in Crimson to date, I'm guessing the former.
