Sapphire RMA service?

I sent them an e-mail like 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing?

Anyone else had this?

How long did it take them to reply?

This is awful imho, i doubt ill buy a sapphire card again :(
 
Not the first mate....

They always take weeks to reply to any email i send for an RMA to, once they never even replied, i'm just glad i don't own a Sapphire anymore.

Granted it's not always the same for everyone..
 
They just sent me an e-mail saying exactly this:

"Retailer should sort it out, e-mail them"

It was that sort and that informative, what a joke.

Also, i have unlocked the Overclocker section but havnt actyually changed anything, will thes void the warranty?

Nope thats included with the drivers.
 
Well this will most likely be closed as it's to do with ocuk now, but you should be able to send it back to them no problem. As for your order number, they should be able to find that for you. :)
