Sapphire Tech RMA. Help needed

I am trying to return my 6900XT to Sapphire to get it repaired/replaced. The RMA has been approved by Sapphire and I just have to send it back to them. However, the problem is that on the instructions for the RMA it says the following.

RMA No., G.W., N.W. and QTY should be remarked clearly on each package for RMA return

I know what the RMA no. is as they issued me one. But, what does G.W. and N.W. mean?? I can't find anything in the RMA form, instructions or anything that matches.

Has anyone dealt with Sapphire before and might know what these mean?

Interesting suggestion. I can't believe that they require this info though? I mean they know the weight of the card already. It's on the RMA form.
 
It might be on there only for people who are bulk RMAing, since I thought Sapphire primarily did their RMAs through the retailer. That way they can check if the weight matches the quantity or if the package is incomplete or been tampered with?
 
Thanks @Hyburnate @LtMatt @VaderDSL @Tetras that's probably what it is. I would have never guessed that it was weight.

And, Sapphire do their RMA's through the retailer. The problem in this case is that the place where I brought the card is in the process of closing down. When I contacted Sapphire they were extremely helpful and agreed to handle the RMA. However, I do have to pay the shipping costs both ways. Normally that would annoy me, but I thought for a while I wasn't going to be able to return the card at all and was going to be stuck with £1000 paper weight. I am just happy that they are going to RMA it.
