Sapphire TriXX

Still, 6850 owners still get cake, and trixx, not the best out there is it. Suppose it will do for 6870 owners in the meantime though.

This version of TriXX is new, so, given it's came out a couple of hours ago, I'd love to know where your "It's not the best out there" comes from. But I'd personally opt for AB.
Also, 6850 users can also use TriXX.

works fine with my sapp 6850.
still prefer msi afterburner due to 2d/3D settings in profile and that my card wont do 1ghz even on 1.3v.
950mhz, stable for everything I trown at it.
I guess its good enuff ;)

Not sure if it's just me but if you create a custom fan profile it hammers your frame rate!

Oh and no it's not overheating - try it yourself, use default clock speeds and run furmark burn in test and watch the fps

create a custom fan profile without changing the clock speeds and set the fans to run faster (just to prove a point because it will now be cooler right?) and then run furmark again - the fps will be well down.

Found a nice way to test if you are pushing the mem speeds too far btw - run furmark in extreme burning mode windowed at 640*480 and watch the min fps, it should be almost identical to the current fps, if you push too hard on the mem the min fps dips as the memory tries to correct itself.

Pretty nice way to fine tune the memory speeds.
