Sorry to post this in the graphics section, it is kind of related to the graphics card tho. After 6 months the card desided to die on me so I contacted ocuk, who asked me to contact sapphire, who then asked me to contact the supplier of the card (ocuk), what am I to do just take it as £380 down the drain? Which company should I pester?

Thanks :D

Correct me if I'm wrong, but...

OCuk should RMA it for you, but they probably told you to talk to Sapphire because when you send it to OCuk, they'll send it to Sapphire, who'll send it back to OCuk, who'll send it back to you. It would be quicker for you to send it to Sapphire, but if Sapphire are being 'difficult' then I'd send it back to OCuk.

Thanks I'll give them a ring don't want to be messed around with e-mails try get it sorted this weekend

If its over 28 days then its back to the manufacturer, but be prepared for a long wait for a replacement, as it could be 7+ weeks.

I think you do RMA it to OcUK, then its as above, they send it to Sapphire etc...

Enough time to exchange it for an R600 perhaps?
