I realise why my previous thread was deleted, so I'll be more specific.

I can't find the serial for the free game anywhere, I wasn't given a paper manual, and its not on the cd, jewel case, or box.

Is it possible that it could have been left out by some glitch along the packing line??

And if so what can I do, seeing as people will automatically assume I'm looking for more freebies than I deserve if I call up the shop, for example...
