Last year I booked thought one of those horrible 3rd party places. And connecting flights was a pain!

This year I have the same issue, but I was hoping to mitigate hassle.

I'm not 100pc sure if booking via Sas is basically booking direct.

The flights would be Sas + Wilderoe. But I think it's all on one ticket?

Is there anyway to be sure before booking? Trying to find a UK contact number.

Where are you booking, via the SAS website? Screenshot?

Most travel agents usually flag up if the flights are separate bookings as it has a material impact on the T&C.

Yeah via sas website. I'm careful now not to book with a 3rd party. The amount of stress last year I had with hoping connections were all OK as it was 3 flights and 3 tickets! Never again.

It will almost certainly be an interline ticket if booked via SAS. Good shout on booking via the airline.

Just checked by calling. It should be fine.

Yeah in 2022 it had been pre covid since I had been away. And tbh i just clicked through. Never had issues before travelling.

I went on booking and booked my flights. The star reviews on booking website for edreams seemed good. I didn't think too much about it.

After booking I had to get in contact with them. My outward luggage was added. But not inward.
No problem I thought.. It says can be added later. On the receipt.

I called the airline (Norwegian)... Nope.. The agent needs to do it. They said they'd had many issues with edreams.
I try to contact edreams and the horror commences.
No UK call centre. I found the contact number on a forum.
Trust pilot reviews for edreams of 1 star... Actually looks a lot better now on there.

All individual, separate tickets. The worry about connecting flights As there were 3 flights. With collecting luggage each time.
I had to add my luggage at the airport for me cost.
So it was a blatent lie you could add luggage.

Even worse eDreams had basically used my. Credit card details to book 5 tickets then added 10-20 pounds for them. You could see 5 transactions for Norwegian and one for edreams. Horrific.

It added so much stress to the trip. Worrying about "if my plane is late for the connection"

Never again. Worst thing.. Going direct was cheaper.

Anyway
Flights booked.
2 flights on way out.
3 on way back.

Same as last time.. But all one ticket.. So no stress even if it's late.

I'm nosey where you headed.

I'm booking tickets with SAS to NY tonight :p

Arlanda to EWR

Lofoten! In February.
Many would say I'm mad. Many would be right.
I'm staying an extra night in leknes because flights next day + accommodation are much cheaper.

So 13th to 18th. And a day of traveling 12th and 19th.

Cardiff

LHR
Olso
Bodo
Leknes

Then

Leknes
Bodo
Oslo
