I haven't bought a motherboard that didn't come with one since before Athlon days. Usually they have two.
Edit : To be clear you won't need to buy one, unless for some reason the motherboard you pick doesn't have it, which I've never heard of. If you really want to check then do a search for the motherboard and unboxing, or find a review. Personally I wouldn't bother even checking
