Sata 3 query

Hi ppl,

Is there some sort of adapter bracket type thing to allow Sata 3 full capacity using a mobo that only supports Sata II?

Or would I have to change mobo et cetera?

Thinking of getting http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-072-OC&groupid=701&catid=14&subcat=1427

Something like that basically.
