SATA and IDE mobo

You can buy IDE to SATA convertors for running IDE drives through SATA connectors.
 
I'm not sure. I *think* you can only connect one drive to each connector as the IDE drive needs to be set as master.

No, just the one. SATA connectors are single channel so you'll need one per IDE device. If you buy something like the Gigabyte 965P-S3 you'll get 6 SATA ports as well as an IDE so it's not really a propblem.

OK, I had a look at that S3 mobo. Looks good and it has an IDE channel [could I see two there?] for the DVD drives.

Do you have a picture/link to one of these IDE - SATA connectors?
