i bought a 128gb m4 and a sata cable at the weekend. tried to install windows on the ssd only for my pc to not recognise the drive. i then tried using the sata cable i already had for my old hdd with the ssd and it recognised it just fine, however i am now one sata cable down in my system as i had to use the one from my cd drive to connect the old hdd. anything I can do?
sata cable doesnt work?
