Sata cables

Quick Q

Replaced my PSU got a cooler master silent pro M 700 w and the sata cables arent pluging into any of my drives except me new SSD.

Old ones have 4 wires in them and these new ones have 5 - tell me there is an adaptor and I dont need to replace my drives?

So included in the box are more modular cables that have 4pin Molex connectors, is that what you are after?

I assume you're talking about the power cables.

Are you mixing up Molex and SATA power cables?

The PSU has both and you need to use the appropriate one for the drives.

No I couldnt get the sata cables to connect thought they were of a differnt kind....then i realised all they neede was a little persuasion
