It's in a 5.25 bay and gets hot but I cannot find a caddy with a fan, or at least some fan I can attach in a 5.25 bay...

I know I could bodge a fan in but it's for a server... Yes a server.... Before I get lol'd to death it's already in and working set up by someone else I just want to get a fan blowing over it a nice quality caddy would do, unless anyone can suggest something else,

And yes I know I should be asking for two as it should be mirrored but the owner of the company is too cheap to buy a 2'nd drive!!

Ta for looking

kama bay or silverstone or lian li do 525 fans you are better off bungee modding the hdd in the bay and just buying a kama bay style one
cheap option would be a Sharkoon Rebel 12 Fan Frame (5.25" Front Bay Frame mounting to hold a 140mm or 120mm fan) and buy a 120/140mm magnetic dust filter and whack it on front or simply cable tie/cable twisty a fan in there at the front just behind the bay covers thus saving even more

so just get a 120mm fan put 4 screws in face nearest to front of case bung one of these on http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CM-000-OE&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=795 should stick to screws and cable tie fan in place job done it will draw cool air through the gaps in the plates at the front and most of the dust will be caught in the filter added bonus might be able to simply slide off the filter for cleaning as it's just magnetic and it will even look better as will just appear as normal front plates

How hot is hot?

I've been in IT a long time, I guess you are getting at they can run at a fair heat without an issue.

It just feels too hot for me weather it's in spec or not it just feels too hot.

Guess I'll have to bodge a fan in there.

I told the MD the server drives were too hot and would fail, one did the drive I'm trying to protect its replacement.
