Sata dvd rewriter

I have the following drive

Basically its only a couple of months old and whenever i try to burn an iso dvd in nero it just wont start burning, the buffer level always stays on 0.

Is it dead, or might it be software related? It worked fine for a while :S

Can anyone suggest anything to try out?

Have you be able to try other software to burn iso's with to see if it is a software problem?

I would recommend using ImgBurn, a lot better than nero
