Sata > IDE convertor?

Anyone know if you can get these? I have a brand new SATA HDD I'd like to use, was going to upgrade my PC but now I want to wait until Feb/March to get a new motherboard/CPU/graphics card.

I have an IDE > Sata convertor but it only works one way, can't convert back.

Ah cheers, I'd only be using it to story documents, MP3S etc on. Nothing that I really need to worry about performance with. I currently have them all on a very old maxtor which I'm sure is starting to generate bad sectors so I'm sort of out of options
