SATA Optical to Internal USB header

I want to use the remaning 2 SATA ports for HD's.

Is there a way i can use 2 spear internal headers for USB to run the optical drive at all?

Get a sata to usb adaptor or take one out of an external HDD caddy.

You can connect the USB internally with an adaptor (try searching for "Internal USB Plate for Motherboard Pins"). Or this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-265-LL if you have USB3.

I don't pci, hense the asking of USb only. It's on an ITX setup!
