SATA Power Cable Extensions

Hi Guys,

I have reversed my harddrives and as a result am stretching my SATA power cables as far as possible leaving my case relatively messy. Does anyone know if you can get a SATA extension cable? I specifically want the extension cable and not the molex power extension. I.e., a cable with corresponding female and male SATA cable ends.

Not sure about extensions but you can certainly buy longer leads.

You certainly can get them. Google 'SATA PC Power Extension cable 30cm Length S-ATA'

Yeh saw them - they look kind of basic. Has anyone used these before?

They will always be basic, cos they only do one job.

i had a similar problem.
i just bought longer cables.
they were 450mm long
