Sata to sata

I have this.

But the sata cable is no where near long enough is there anything around where i can connect sata to sata?

Could you not use the power part of the cable (lop off the SATA data bit) and use a longer SATA cable?

Thanks, just looked at the cable and yeh thats a damn good idea , should have sat down and looked at it properly tbh before posting

Np mate, I once had to make (!) 3 custom SATA cables because of daft placement of ports on my old motherboard and a large GPU shroud... Took me days of head scratching and messing about with epoxy resin
