I currently have an Asus P5B Premium mobo.
This has a built in RAID controller. But I don't think it's SATA2 so my 2 Hdd's that are RAID 1 are only performing at standard SATA rates.
I also have 2 SATA2 Hdd's how much will performance increase if I were to use a dedicated SATA2 RAID controller (I am not looking at changing the RAID config.)
I am looking to spend approx £200 which should get me a 4 port card
