SataII vs GSataII

Can someone quick tell me the difference please, as im in the process to rebuilding my rig after getting some new parts this morning from overclock
many thanks for the 8am deliver XD

The main thing i need to know is it going to be more benificial connecting my SSD drive to the SataII or the GSataII port?

Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD3P Mobo

It reads on the mobo

GSATA2_0
GSATA2_1

above is a chip that says gigabyte sata2

if you would like a photo that isnt a issue.

Thought that was going to be the conclusion, but considering ive had this board over a year, i hadnt even spotted them lmao... good job i got 6 sataII connections XD
