Hi all,
New member, first post.
Don’t know if this is in the right place, so feel free to move it.

Just a quick thanks to OCUK.

Ordered parts for a new build on Friday 2nd March. (see sig)
Delivered 8:30am Monday 5th.
Been running all week, stable @ stock, so all seems to be ok.

Thanks again OC, great service.

Allan.

They are very quick at getting it shipped out to you at Overclockers thats what I like about them. Great selections of hardware in that sig, bet it runs like a beast! :)

id agree. The delivery services they use are ***** though,

ordered something to ireland. Paid on monday morning. Shipped monday night. Nice work overclockers :)

Still waiting for most of it though.

The firm they use are based in Dublin, and I live around 400 miles south.

Friday evening, a van came to the door. Asked me to sign for the parcel. (I got excited thinking of new keyboards mice, logitech g25 etc.) He gave me only the Cooler (Zalman 9700). When I asked him if there was any more he was shocked.

The language he used. Apparently I was the only one down here. He made a 400 mile trip for a cooler and is coming (hopefully :) ) back today to deliver the rest.

I feel for him. (Got my £20 worth of postage though..

He's getting paid to do that though, if you don't enjoy driving and you are a delivery driver I think your in the wrong job ;) He actually swore at you?! I would be complaining to the company he works for.

well maybe 400 miles was an exageration ;)

I live at the bottom of ireland. We have 2 places. 1 in cork and one in Kerry,

When he swore it wasnt at me but at the firm. I bet he guessed the rest are sitting up there. He wasnt happy what with the roads being in poor condition.

Have to say though I am getting a bit annoyed.

I contacted overclockers and they dont know what is going on.

Really really want playt GTR 2 with my G25.

Sometimes parcels can get split, as in they come on different delivery dates, times etc. Seems very odd though a week later and nothing!

Nice rig, planning on pushing her above 2.4?

It’s running everything ok at stock speed for now,
Although I would like to OC to about 3 GHz,
(When I can pluck up the courage to try it, never done any OCing before).

Sig size better now?

Thanks for the replies.

Allan.

OcUK's product range is great, I prefer to spend £10 on petrol and drive 50 miles down the A50 than rely on the delivery company though.

Funny that the last 3 times I been to the Citylink Depot to collect my parcels (I am always at work on weekdays) there were at least 1 angry customer having a go at the poor guy sitting behind the counter. Kinda felt sorry for him :p
