Hey all,

I placed an order last week for a B grade AIO and its come and the pump is dead so i have RMA'd, rang up and the sales rep said that i could order a brand new one and get free saturday delivery, all i had to do was choose the cheapest option and they would upgrade me

I didnt get an email last night and it still says order comfimed on the website and the customer service is closed on the weekend.

Could this just be an updating error and could the AIO still come today or does it look like ive been lied to?

I'd assume if you've had no despatch email and nothing from the courier by now it won't be arriving today

If you’re in Manchester and your referring to OcUK, why don’t you just drive down?

M6, Juc 16, A500.. depending on where you are in MCR, you could be there and back in an hour or so.

Yeah, but i didnt know if i could after choosing delivery, and didnt wanna drive all that way for no reason
