Saturday Delivery?

Does anyone know what time the couriers work till on a saturday?

I think it's around midday.

I assume you paid for Sat delivery & is it DPD.

Saturday Delivery(s)
DPD - by 10am or before
DHL - by 12pm lunch or before
FedEx - by 12pm lunch or before
Royal Mail - by 1pm or before

I ordered on thursday, but rang up to upgrade delivery to saturday so it was here for today.

So there is a mighty fine chance the service I'm not receiveing it today by the looks of it, my order says it's with DPD.

Ah ok, What does the online tracking details show, this will show if the item was out for delivery.

There is no tracking details or anything. My order on my acc says "complete" and I don't have a email with any tracking number.

You should have got a email saying items dispatched and show the tracking details on.

Might be better posting a note in the customer forum.

Check your email subjected 'order dispatched' or something, should be somewhere along the lines of "DPD Tracking # or click here"..

Wonder if they could not of got your system ready in time for cut-off, what time did you order?

I ordered at 8am on thursday morning. Rang up to upgrade at 9.30 to Saturday delivery. I didn't order anything pre built. I ordered a motherboard, a cpu, a cooler and some ram. The guy specifically asked on the phone to make sure it wasn't pre built.

The op ordered Thursday morning and paid for Saturday delivery which is do-able.

I ordered a case for my Ipad in Thursday and this come this morning by Royal Mail! :eek:

im in same boat as OP. i ordered a load of things (mobo cpu cooler ram dvd drive) on tuesday for thurs deliv.. but it didnt come, sent overclockers a webnote and they apologised and said they would try get it changed to a sat deliv if possible whilst also giving me a refund on the next day deliv. Great service by Ocuk, AND Happy to say my Parcel arrived at 11 am this morning i thought id get it tuesday. you should have an email though with a link to the dpd site and your parcel :s? .. good luck anyway

Well I got some clarity. They missed my order and it never left the warehouse. Earliest I can receive it now will be wednesday, almost a week after i ordered it. They have offered to compensate me a little though, which does not fix the fact that i needed it today so i am pretty annoyed but I guess **** happens sometimes.
