Sausage recipes

Bar the obvious, e.g. fryup, bangers & mash or a casserole, what else can you guys think of to do with sausages?

I'm leafing through a few recipes online but nothing kind of takes my fancy.

Hmmm, pasta, that's a good idea, might dwelve a bit futher into that..

I have 3 Tesco Finest plain sausages.

I think I'm going to try and use what's in my cupboard so here's a mishmash recipe

Spring onions, garlic, olive oil, sausages, a few tsbs of tomato puree with water, chilli flakes, pepper, salt, green beans or mushrooms chopped up and spaghetti. Hopefully should be ok!
