Sausage Rolls and use-by dates?

I've just found some sausage rolls in the fridge that were un-opened, they're just ordinary Tesco sausage rolls, the use-by date is Feb 15th.

Now, they just smell normal but the pastry's a bit stale, so I'm guessing the meat's fine, and not going to kill me if I nuke them for a bit first.

Am I right?

I'd say they are almost definitely fine to eat, provided they've been kept in the fridge the whole time. If they smell fine and there isn't any mould, then usually that's a sign that it's OK to eat :)

Besides, "use by" dates are often very cautious to prevent any claims against the shop/company.

Does anyone on here know what I should do?

Recently I went for a poo, but there is still some residue *Down There*

I'm completely at a loss..

Just eat them all and then you will find out ;)
