OK, look. I have two sausages to eat this evening and I need something to put them with. Not mash.

Yes... I have a brain but it's engaged doing other things. Any ideas?

If you had more, I'd say a casserole with red onion, red/green peppers, courgettes, button mushrooms, baby sweetcorn and carrots.

I might have to bang up a thread for it next time I cook it, really simple too. Served with crusty bread and a good dark beer, very tasty.

I don't really have anything resembling a baking dish to make TITH, so this seems good to me. I think I'll leave out the carrots and add some chili sauce to make a 'hot' version. Sounds great!
