Saved passwords in IE

There is software that does it for you, you'll have to google for it though.

The fact that they are easily viewed in FF scares me...

Very good but, I am using firefox for my main browser. The problem is I have passwords that IE has saved but, I can't remember what they are so I have to keep using IE. If I could find out what those passwords are then I wouldn't have to use IE at all which is my objective.
