Saving Audio From a Flash Website?

Heya! How was your day?

I'm browsing some random website, and there is a sound which I want but can't save because it's embedded into the site as a flash player. No movie, just some audio thing.

Any one know how I can get this on my comp then into MP3 format?

If your using Firefox then there's an add-on that lets you download embedded flash files, it's called Sothink SWF Catcher.

I'd just load up audacity and record 'what u hear'

and then use the LAME MP3 Encoder to save it as mp3
