Saving outlook messages

Hi all.

I would like to save my outlook messages in a folder that shows in outlook but does not impact on my mailbox size.

A colleague has a folder called mailstore that someone else setup for him but he does not remeber how they did it.

Any help appreciated.

Just tried that but I do not have a personal folders tab at all.

Just do File->Archive, or use AutoArchive (I prefer the first as my work mailbox tends to fill up very quickly).

God knows how big my Archive PST is, but it's all backed up usign WD Sync
