Is there a way to do this? I spent hours getting Windows 10 to just how I like. I disabled features I didn't want to run and changed registry keys.

I don't really want to have to do it again in the future.

Is there a way to save any of this before reformatting Windows 10? If not then are there any other recommendations?

Thank you :)

Is it even necessary to refmormat a computer these days?

Not really. I used to reformat every 3 to 6 months just to clean out all of the junk that builds up but now I've got lazy so I haven't bothered in a year and I have zero problems.

The only thing that I noticed is that it did release a lot of space on my hard drive, I can’t think what was taking up the space but then again as I just typed that I remembered that inhe formatting that I had done windows 10 installed replacing windows 7 lol.

It won't help you now but one option might be to install Windows, get it how you like then take an image of it, then restore the image in future for a 'clean' install the way you like it.

Okay so only to do this on a fresh install?
