Saving .rm files from a rtsp stream

Newcastle University put their graduations online.

However, they stream them (rtsp) using a .rm file.

Is there any way of saving this file to my PC?

Have tried VLC without luck (just crashes) and can't seem to find any other solutions.

FlashGet will download a RealPlayer stream to a file.
